Where Pulse Mobile is today

Pulse Mobile is in early access. Relay and Pro customers get beta install links on the authenticated download page: iOS through TestFlight and Android through Google Play open testing today. Public App Store and Google Play listings will follow once the beta has baked. Pulse Mobile pairing ships with Relay. Pro bundles Relay connectivity, so Pro customers receive the same pairing access.

Built for the away-from-desk check

Pulse Mobile is not a shrunken dashboard. It is the answer to one question: does anything need me right now?

  • Check your infrastructure when you are away from the dashboard.
  • Receive push notifications for alerts and Patrol findings, and open the related resource straight from your phone.
  • Keep remote access without a VPN, port forwarding, or exposing your Pulse server directly.
  • See at a glance that the paired connection is live and when it last synced.

Pairing takes a minute

No hostnames, no ports, no certificates on a phone keyboard. Your Pulse server does the hard part.

  1. Install the app

    Relay and Pro customers get install links on the authenticated download page, iOS via TestFlight and Android via Google Play open testing.

  2. Scan the pairing code

    Open Settings in Pulse, choose Pair Mobile Device, and scan the QR code with the app. That is the whole setup.

  3. Keys stay yours

    Encryption keys are exchanged between your phone and your server. Pulse Relay carries the connection but only ever forwards ciphertext.

How it fits with the rest of Pulse

Pulse Mobile is not a separate monitoring product. It is the mobile surface for the same Pulse server you already run.

Self-hosted Pulse

Run Pulse yourself, then pair the app to that server. Remote mobile access and push notifications are Relay services. Pro is the operations product and bundles Relay connectivity, so Pro customers can pair Mobile too.

Pulse Cloud
